Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays).

Delivery time

West Malaysia: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 5–10 working days after dispatch

Shipping rates

Shipping is FREE for orders above RM99. For all other orders, the shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number and link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delays

During major sale periods and festive seasons (Raya, 11.11, 12.12, year-end), couriers may take a few extra days. If your parcel hasn't moved for more than 5 working days, email us and we'll chase it for you.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (redelivery postage may apply).
