How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–5 working days for West Malaysia and 5–10 working days for Sabah & Sarawak. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping? Is there free shipping?
Shipping is FREE for orders above RM99 — that means any 2 bags ship free, since every bag is RM59. For single-bag orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Why are all your bags only RM59?
We source directly from the manufacturers — no importers, no distributors, no boutique markup. The same quality you'd pay RM150+ for in a mall, without the mall price. That's the Lelong Gila promise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and all major Malaysian banks) plus the other payment options shown at checkout. All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your banking details.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
Yes. We offer a 7-day easy return: if you're not happy with your bag, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is Lelong Gila legit?
Yes — Lelong Gila (lelonggila.my) is a Malaysian online store. Payments go through Shopify's secure checkout with FPX bank transfer, every order gets a tracking number, and we offer 7-day returns. You can reach a real human anytime at customercare@lelonggila.my.
Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?
Yes, we ship everywhere in Malaysia including Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. East Malaysia deliveries take a little longer — usually 5–10 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received it within 2 working days of ordering, check your spam folder or email customercare@lelonggila.my with your order number.
What are the bags made of?
Most of our bags are synthetic leather (PU) or waterproof nylon — light, easy to clean, and durable for daily use. The exact material, size, and weight are listed in the specs table on every product page.
